On arrival at 16.00, we were shown to the apartment. The guy then said that it wasn't clean and that we should wait in the hotel bar and he would come and get us when it was ready. After an hour, where no waiting staff approached us to get a drink or refreshments, I went to the hotel reception top be told that the room was now ready. This is unacceptable service when check in its stated as 3pm. Setting expectation that we would be informed, then not meeting that its also unacceptable.
