The location of the apartment is excellent. It's close to the city centre, but it's located in a quieter area. The air conditioner is a big plus, especially if you plan to visit Palermo in summer. The bed is comfortable, and the apartment is quite spacious for two people. The apartment is well-equipped. The owner is extremely helpful, he even allowed us to check in earlier, and he replaced the broken fridge with a new one.

A microwave would be useful, and there would be space for it in the apartment. There were some minor inconveniences regarding the bathroom: the shower door cannot be closed fully. You have to be careful with the shower drain, so it doesn't get clogged - don't turn the shower on full, because even then the water starts to collect in the shower tray. Furthermore, the apartment was clean, but we found some dead cockroaches on some mornings. The owner explained the situation; he told us that the place was disinfected a few days ago, and that's why we still found some. It wasn't a problem for us, but future guests who are insect-sensitive should be aware that some dead roaches might appear after recent treatments.

Owner was kind and helpful. Apartment was clean. Free parking.

The children found the sofa bed quite uncomfortable.

Good stay for a few days.
