Had a very late flight, but pick up from airport great and stress free. Owners lovely and accommodating and answering questions about inward travel options. Very comfortable beds and room clean

Breakfast included was very basic and cold.

Fabulous for what we needed…. A clean and comfortable bed, close to the airport for a reasonable price plus with the bonus of a free transfer to the airport and packed basic breaky.

Big spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good for an overnight stay if you have a late or early flight.

Check in, check out and payment was a bit confusing.

Great location with a professional shuttle service. Large rooms, with comfortable beds and all neccessary ammenities. Good breakfast (that you can also get to-go if your flight is early). Large supermarket within 5min walking distance.

Unfortunately the rooms are very poorly insulated. That means sounds and lights penetrate easily. We were woken at 3am by a rooster (which in itself is not the Properties fault) but sounds from the outside were simply not dampened at all by doors and walls. Communication could have also been better. I had to ask several times to get someone to facilitate payment, and in the morning there was no communication how or where we would receive our breakfast.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. I really appreciated the free lift to the airport and the good takeaway breakfast for my morning flight. The rooms are new, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The two ladies running it were really friendly and made it a great, albeit short stay to end my trip in Sri Lanka. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and very comfortable. It includes hot shower. The owner was vey nice as well. Very nice stay for our first night in Sri lanka. Recommend! Also the breakfast was delicious!

We're grateful to the owner who very kindly gave us a good room and breakfast. Although we forgot to return the key in departure, the owner was very understanding about it and allowed us to return it later
