Villa Serena

L’appartamento è molto bello: ampio, pulito, ben attrezzato e con una vista spettacolare. Lo spazio esterno è un vero punto di forza, perfetto per fare colazione, cenare o semplicemente rilassarsi godendosi il panorama e la tranquillità del posto. Perfetta anche per famiglie e soggiorni lunghi. Per tutto questo meriterebbe un 10. Tuttavia, raggiungerla è stato molto complicato. La strada per arrivarci è stretta, in salita e non consente il passaggio di due auto contemporaneamente. Inoltre, anche con il navigatore è difficile orientarsi e le indicazioni non sono sufficientemente chiare. Molto difficile, a causa della congestione in zona della rete, comunicare telefonicamente con il proprietario, rendendo davvero difficoltoso ricevere supporto. In conclusione: l’appartamento è splendido e la location molto suggestiva ma l’accesso complicato, la scarsa comunicazione e l’atteggiamento poco accogliente del proprietario hanno purtroppo inciso sul giudizio. Sarebbe molto utile, visto che il proprietario è a conoscenza della non precisione dei navigatori e delle difficoltà di rete, creare una mappa o delle indicazioni con delle foto, al fine di facilitare l’orientamento e rendere l’arrivo più sereno.

Strada di accesso. Difficoltà di comunicazione. Ricevere con pochissimo preavviso la richiesta di un check-in ad un orario preciso, senza tenere conto che essendo in vacanza avevamo delle visite organizzate. Questo tipo di necessità del proprietario dovrebbe essere indicata con chiarezza già in fase di prenotazione o con largo anticipo, anche tramite messaggio successivo, qualora insorgano delle nuove esigenze.

Proprietarul este foarte prietenos, comunicarea a fost rapidă. Cazarea are o vedere superbă spre Vezuviu, bucătărie dotată complet, 2 băi curate și o terasă foarte simpatică.

Large and clean with the beautiful view

A bit complicated for reaching by car. But it’s ok if you have enough experience

Es war hervorragend, wir eine vierköpfige Familie hatten 3 tolle erholsame Wochen dort. Der Hausherr ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Das Haus ist zweistöckig man hat seine eigene Einfahrt und Eingang oben lebt eine Familie mit Kleinkindern, die untere Ebene hat man komplett für sich, 3 große Schlafzimmer und eine offene große Küche. Man hat eine einzigartige Aussicht auf die Küste von Vico Equense direkt vom Schlafzimmer. Man hat alles was man braucht im Haus und alles war sehr sauber.

Das einzige was wir bemängeln können ist die Auffahrt zur Villa Serena, unsere anreise war nicht ohne, alle Navigationssysteme haben uns in die irre geführt und versagt, wir mussten uns abholen lassen vom Hausherren. Sehr steiler und sehr Enge Auffahrt, aber es lohnt sich total. Wir hatten in mehreren Bewertungen gelesen das man von der Unterkunft 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß runter zum Strand gehen kann…was wir gleich am ersten Tag auch versucht hatten, keine Chance! Erstens es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand, unser Fussmarsch bis runter zur Hauptstraße hat mehr als 20 Minuten gedauert (wir sind sportlich aktiv), haben uns durchgefragt wo man hier runter zum Strand kann, alle haben uns eine steile Treppe gezeigt welches bestimmt 500m lang war aber das Tor war zu, nur für Hotel Gäste!? Also war diese Mission fehlgeschlagen. Der Rückweg war eine Herausforderung.

Lovely villa. Well equipped with everything needed. Only thing missing was an Iron.The views were amazing and the outside space made the most of it. Local transport was very easy. 15 min walk to the train station then tap on tap off to pay. Local bus up the hill if we didn't fancy the climb back to the Villa. The landlady at the little bar in the village square was very friendly. We shopped and ate a few times at the bottom of the hill. Smashing place.

The road up to the Villa is very steep and very narrow. Just managed to squeeze our hire car through it but the parking sensors were going mad !!!

The villa is well situated in between Naples, Amalfi and Sorrento. From the villa you have a nice view on the coast of Naples and the Vesuvius volcano. We appreciated the air conditioning and the coffee.

The neighbours, which are all around. Also, when the neighbour in the front puts up his parasol, your view is partially blocked. The kitchen could be equipped a bit more.
