NLPositive Points We stayed in a beautiful new villa with a big pool, which was honestly the best part. They also offer scooter rentals, which was really convenient and a nice bonus.
Things that Need Improvement Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that could’ve been better: 1. Staff Issues: The staff was really inconsistent. The girl and guy who welcomed us on 20/09 were amazing—super friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. But after that, things went downhill. The guy working at night barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. The worst experience was with the staff member on 25/09. First, there was a mix-up with a massage we had discussed. We told him we weren’t sure if we could make it at 8 PM, and he said he had already booked it, asking us to let him know if anything changed. We didn’t cancel or say anything else, assuming it was still on. But when we rushed back to the villa, he told us it wasn’t confirmed. When we tried to explain, he started arguing with us instead of offering a solution. He was also responsible for cleaning the next day, and it was done poorly—cups weren’t replaced, and the bed was made carelessly. Worse, I caught him counting our laundry on the floor at the reception area, which was just strange and unprofessional. This staff member’s attitude—he was arrogant, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested—really soured our experience. 2. Dirty Pool: The pool wasn’t very clean; there were leaves floating around and it didn’t seem to get much attention. 3. Not Private: The outside area had a really low fence, and one day, I actually caught a guy staring at us. When I told the staff, they just said, “Oh, it happens.” Not exactly reassuring. 4. No Real Kitchen: There’s no proper kitchen—just a tiny fridge and a small coffee table, which was kind of disappointing. 5. Bad Smell: There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, possibly from the fishpond outside. 6. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom has an open roof, which brings two problems—people in a nearby building could potentially see in, and mosquitoes were constantly flying in. Super annoying. 7.
GBMore stunning than the photos! Bigger too. Staff really really friendly special mention to Dama for being so helpful! Bidang (unsure of spelling sorry!) made wonderful breakfast pancakes! Really clean. Great facilities
A road was closed so it made getting every single Gojek or Grab Go difficult.

GBThe villa was even more amazing than in the photos. The interior was beautiful and the pool was great. It had everything you need. The location is 10 minutes away from the centre, but we loved it because it was in a really quiet part away from all the noise. The beds were really comfortable.
There is a 3% fee if you are paying with the card on arrival, so make sure to bring cash or pay in advance. The breakfast was average (pancakes were undercooked one time and the breakfast was often a bit later than agreed).
