Room in 1st floor was good .view

The caretaker was only demanding money No facilty to make tea etc Cutlery poor n not enough No arrangement to make tea.or heating food . Outside area poorly maintained.dirtyno proper arrangements to throw garbage .dogs threw all garbage around d tye house We had to go to a tapri to hav tea. Breakfast was in the package but not given even after repeated requests by caretaker .although booking mentioned no advance money to be paid caretaker insisted o. Outside of the villa is poorly maintained like a dilapalted property Advance mo ey or else he will cancel booking Overall apoor experience.will not recommend to any one

Property is not well maintained. Every single furniture is broken including bed. Every room has wet smell and pillows were having fungus over them. Kitchen was dirty and all the utensils were not in the condition to be use.

Good to stay and quick response

Breakfast: Locally procured breakfast from local restaurant; decent quality; you need to choose between two options View around: from first floor was great. Rest was limited. Cost: resaonable. Good for three families; with max two minors

The ground floor washroom must be functional to cater for senior citizens; as also for value additions. Common TV at ground floor must be bigger; with live connections once Guests confirm arrival. Kitchen outlet must flow out well.

Only the location was good.

The villa was not very clean. Every corner had dust. The children couldn't even at with ludo or badminton rackets as there was dust on it. Dustbins were not at all clean. They said for using kitchen we have to pay separate charges. We had booked the villa considering that we can cook for our children but that wasnt possible. The topmost room was worst. The washroom doors were not in good condition. The bedsheets in each room has big stains on them.
