This beautiful hotel was a GEM! Located within just a few minutes from the bay front and lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. This is in a perfect location. The staff were superb and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day and the facilities were brilliant. Super clean and modern bathrooms too. They also have a laundry service in the hotel which was great. We got a cab to the international docks for the boat tour and that was only 20-30 mins by cab and also only 5-10 mins from sunworld theme park. It is located in our opinion in the best area of the bay as it was the most picturesque by far!!! We have travelled Asia a lot! And stayed in so many hotels but this is one of our favourites. Thanks so much for making our stay in ha long bay special ❤️👍

To be honest it was all great. Nothing bad to say!
