"Looked lovely but nobody there to let me in !"

This looked like a lovely clean, well located service but, unfortunately, I never got to experience it - i was specifically told that I could check-in anytime up to 12:30 am - i arrived around 11:00pm to find it closed and nobody available to let me in. I made multiple attempts to contact them for over 30 mins but to no avail - I had to find an alternative at very short notice - they made contact the next day to apologise for "getting the days mixed up" - not much consolation after being left in the rain trying to find alternative accommodation!!!

Ive never given such a negative review which is a real pity because the premises looked lovely & clean and are in a great location BUT there was nobody available to let me in - i was left knocking on doors & windows in the rain & there was nobody to answer calls or messages - im sorry to leave such a negative review but leaving me stranded left me out of pocket, frustrated and wet through!!!

"Excellent but badly let down by inferior breakfast"

Lovely rooms, nice voyages products, cosy bar with lovely food. Friendly staff

We were a group of nine . Breakfast was not good. Excellent last time I stayed but this time there was no coffee pods in kitchen . Tesco granola and yoghurt pot. Papery croissant no butter. Then a surprising salami cheese selection which was very good . Totally let down by other products. Last time it was homemade granola and bread , glenillen yoghurt all elevated delicious products. Very disappointed as all stayed on my recommendation
