Kamome Rooms

B&B idéalement situé à moins 5 minutes à pied de la gare d'Agrigento Centrale et du centre ville. Idéalement situé pour aller visiter la Vallée dei Templi. Grand chambre très bien équipée avec une vaste SdB. Très calme, propreté immaculée, Wifi très rapide. Petit déjeuner très correct Antonio le propriétaire fait le ménage chaque matin. En résumé un endroit parfait pour un séjour à Agrigento.

It’s a newly renovated very clean place. The rooms surround a central kitchen that shared, which is nice because there’s a refrigerator you can use and an espresso maker. If there isn’t a sink or anything to cook with there’s a microwave, but that’s it. The breakfast is ok. It’s mostly just a croissant, yogurt and cereal. I found it very difficult to find. In fact I had a minor meltdown trying to find it after driving all day. The host was very helpful and helped me find the place. He was very kind. It’s on the other side of the train tracks so there’s no cafés or restaurants or shops nearby but it’s a short walk to the main strip in Agrigento. I really warn against using Google maps to walk to town because it took me through a very scary place full of disgusting trash. It’se not that close to the valley of the temples. It’s about a 45 minute walk but at least it’s downhill so it’s not too bad then you can get a taxi back. For the cost, it’s really worth it, but it’s not in town and it lacks Italian charm. It’s kind of sterile. But it’s very clean and very functional and the host is very, very kind and helpful. There is a view of the sea which is nice.

Location isn’t great

Goede locatie dicht bij het centrum, maar vallei van de tempels en scala die Turkie zijn ook gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het appartement is perfecto. Auto kan voor de deur worden geparkeerd. De buitenruimte is misschien wat minder, maar valt uiteindelijk mee. Verder een vriendelijke en zorgzame gastheer en een prima ontbijt.

The owner Antonio was very accessible to every request I had. It was great communication. The room was very spacious and had all the facilities available for a stay. I would recommend this property to anyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Kamome Rooms! I stayed in Room No. 2 — modern, spotless, and with a balcony offering an amazing sea view. The location is perfect, just minutes from Via Atenea, the historic center, and the train station. Antonio, the host, was incredibly kind — he prepared a delicious Italian breakfast each morning and even provided an iron and ironing board when I needed one. He also allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Kamome Rooms — I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was super friendly and helpful. The parking was a little tricky as anywhere in a big city. The room was very good, clean and comfy. In the dining room there was a camera. The breakfast was delicious and enough.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the outside of the building but the room was modern and very nice with what looked like a very new bathroom. Great view to the sea and breakfast made on the mornings I was there at a time that suited.

Centrally located to the old city and sites, bus and train station ( approximately 10 minute walks or less) and bus stop to Valley of Temples 5 minute walk. Super quiet area. Loved church bells 8 am and pm. Great view of the sea. Host Antonio is accommodating and very nice person!

I was there at beginning of Almond Blossom festival and wished I had more time to enjoy that and other surrounding areas and sites!
