The location is great, and the apartment is nice and fully equipped

The experience with the hosts was very disappointing. They seemed more focused on making sure guests didn’t arrive before the 16:00 check-in time than on actually helping with practical issues, like providing entry details or the Wi-Fi code on the day of arrival. They even threatened to take action if anyone showed up early, which felt extremely unwelcoming. Don’t expect any support if you reach out — they’re not helpful at all. Even for check-out, you have to message them, as they don’t provide information proactively. Also, there’s a strong and unpleasant humidity smell in the bedroom that makes the stay uncomfortable.

We arrived at the airport during the long power outage in Spain/Portugal. Because this apartment only gives the lockbox code out just before check-in time we were unable to access the code as the internet etc was down. As we didn't know when things would be back to normal, and as we didn't want to be stuck out on the street during the power outage, there was no point attempting to get to the apartment (which would have been difficult anyway, as our airport transfer didn't turn up and public transport was largely out of action). The power came back on around 5 hours later, but it was a further 2 hours before the internet was working again, and we were able to access the keycode. Only then could we travel from the airport, by bus, arriving after midnight (we should have arrived around 4pm). Everywhere else where we have had a lock box for the key, the code has been supplied well in advance (usually weeks), and had that been the case here we would have been able to leave the airport much earlier.

El apartamento es precioso y está muy bien ubicado y muy limpio.

La ubicación es buena pero el acceso es complicado pues está en una ladera muy empinada. Para personas con problemas de movilidad no es recomendable. Hay escaleras mecánicas en la calle para llegar pero la mayoría de las veces no funcionan.El colgador de la ducha hay que repararlo.

Гарне розташування, близько до визначних місць і до центру міста, поруч зупинка автобусів. В помешканні було чисто, господар подбав про наш комфорт)

Tout était si simple. Emplacement non loin du centre ville. Il est possible d'accéder aux principaux centre d'intérêt à pieds

Éventuellement, des bruits un peu intempestifs d'animaux dans le voisinage. Mais, très bon séjour
