Everything was great! Nice view! Nice room! Nice onsen and dinner experience!

I wish the hallway at the lower floor can be somewhat cleaner for our room was at the lower floor where we share the same access to the annex onsen.

部屋・お風呂から観えるロケーション　有明海からもぞむ雲仙岳　　最高でした！　また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

１階のお部屋に宿泊しましたが、エレベーターを降りた時に古いホテルによくあるかび臭さが気になりました。

Thank you so much for Ohyama Naho sang, our room manager. It was such a polite reception that it became a memorable trip for the rest of my life. I really want to see you again. The ryokan and crab dishes that smelled like the sea were the icing on the cake. It was a lovely place.
