Yildiz, the receptionist, was the best. She did her best to satisfy us. She made us an early breakfast and was really nice. She also speaks English 👍

The room is too small, old, and dingy. They even hadn't changed the sheets.

Check in was smooth and the receptionist who welcomed us was really nice and spoke perfect English. The room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. They let us choose between two different rooms so we could decide which one we liked better. The view on Mount Ararat was amazing. Breakfast was basic but good. No parking available but you can easily park closeby. The common areas were welcoming and really well decorated. Highly recommend this hotel !

"Convenient value for money hotel."

Helpful stuff. Close to amenities. 15 minute walk to the main Otogar . Minibus for Ishak Pasha Palace is next to the park almost opposite the hotel. Many restaurant options within five minute walk. The room was very clean and quiet and the bed was ok.
