The villa exceeded our expectations, but what truly impressed us was the hosts kindness and advice. We recommend the place wholeheartedly.

Wonderful hosts

The hosts were nice, meals were good and fair priced, the yard is very beautiful. The host was kind and did our laundry.

We would have liked to have an option to make tea and coffee throughout the day, not only during breakfast. The rooms were a bit smelly, the beds not very good and I was bitten by some bug most of the nights.

The property is very conveniently situated in proximity to climbing the mountain Ceahlau. Only a hundred meters away from its location GOING EAST one can take and go up STRADA DURAUS all the way to the road AXIAL then go left on the road for two hundred meters or so to the access road to CABANA FÂNTÂNELE then to the summit TOACA . This is a lesser known route which I used successfully to access the mountain from the east a few times

I think that the property has a lot of untapped potential to attract a lot more tourists
