It was fully renovated, very clean and tidy. Nice location and I appreciated that they had 2 bottles of water and a coffee machine which was very clean too.

The room was very small; I could barely open my suitcase. The bed linens were also too small and did not fit the mattress properly, so they kept coming loose during the night. On top of that, the mattress itself was very uncomfortable. However, my main issue was with the host and the check-in process. I booked two rooms under a single reservation. The host sent me a form requesting guest details, which I completed for two guests, assuming she only needed one primary guest for each room. About 40 minutes before our arrival, I still had not received the access codes for either room. When the host finally sent the code for one room, she did not mention that I needed to complete a separate form using a different email address for the second room. She only informed me of this after I specifically asked whether we would be using the same access code. As a result, we were traveling without knowing whether we would be able to access both of our rooms upon arrival. What made the situation more frustrating was the host’s response. She pointed out that we already had access to the main entrance and one room, but that was not a solution since four people could not reasonably stay in a single room. Overall, the communication and check-in process were stressful and poorly handled.

Really lovely studio flat with all the facilities needed for a short stay. The owner shared the beautiful story of her decoration and naming inspiration for the rooms.

Sheets didn’t quite fit the bed so they kept coming off during the night but not a big problem, just FYI for the owner.
