Villa MCaesa

The Check in was easy and the the communication was good.

The house was dirty and cockroach infested. One toilet was blocked and not working. The pool was not cleaned properly either. One would expect that when new guests arrive all will be cleaned up before. Of course there can always be some leaves to fly in but overall the pool should be clean upon arrival. When we reached out to the owner he promised to send someone to fix things yet he tried to talk the points down. The next day the lady came late with an attitude and was not amused that we had complained. We did not expect a total modern house as one can see it’s old but it should be in the landlord’s interest to have it cleaned properly and make sure guests feel comfortable and clean.

La piscine n'était pas très propre.

La villa est très spacieuse.

Manque d'ustensiles à la cuisine. Pas assez de marmites. Il faut changer tous les matelas dans les chambres, ils sont inconfortables. Pas de serviettes . Et le bruit des escaliers infernal. Il manque du sérieux. Il faut revoir l'entretien de la villa. Et surtout pas de wifi. On était en galère car on avait pas de sim.

The host Jovanni and his staff was friendly, did their best to make us comfortable. We had a super nice breakfasts. We could not as for anything better with our stay.

Very nice place (except that noise is not allowed) but i recommend a proper maintenance in the villa.
