Gredič Heritage Residences

Rooms and bathrooms were modern - newly renovated and comfortable. Beautiful interior (cellar, restaurant etc). Great views. Very convenient location, down the street from some top wine producers and great running trails. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Switched rooms when TV didn’t work in the first room

TV didn’t work properly in first room. There were a couple of large dead flies in the bathroom and by the window of our second room. First room was bigger and nicer with less of a view

Amazing location and venue, super friendly staff. We had a private wine tasting experience, which I would highly recommend. Rooms are very comfortable and the ambient is very nice.

Amazing location and beautiful place

Severely understaffed. Most of the time we were there only 1 person for the whole hotel was on staff. Nobody answered the phone. We were given keycards on the first day that would not open the front door and no one was at the hotel after 4pm. We had an infant and it was over 35c outside. We luckily found a door that was unlocked after banging on every window and door. We called the main line and emergency line maybe 25 times. We also called reception dozens of times and never had someone answer. The area where there was supposed to be coffee was always empty, it was never replenished. We were in an area with so much wine but it took 30 minutes to order one glass of wine. The pool area is 10 feet from a half bar with wine and drinks, yet being out there all day no key came to help or ask if we needed anything. When I went inside to try and order drinks, it took about 10-20 minutes each time. The one person on staff seemed exasperated and like it was there first day. She told me she was also cleaning all the rooms by herself. Everyone was kind but it was clear they were struggling. For something this expensive you expect a different level of service. It was better for the last day we were there (they mentioned there were festivals in the area that may have left them understaffed) but we should have been made aware of this first. The first night the entire restaurant was also closed and yet it still says it would be open until 11pm

The view is insane, the food and the cocktails excellent. The price is not so expensive
