Es un hotel muy acogedor

El ruido que genera la calle. Las ventanas aíslan muy poco el ruido y eso molesta en el descanso (me toco ventana para la calle)

"Pésima recepción y falta de respeto"

El trato de la recepcionista, fue pésimo. Nos entregó una habitación diferente porque le dieron a otra persona la que habíamos reservado por booking. Nos trató de mentirosas diciendo que ella nos había avisado por WhatsApp y la reserva fue directamente por booking, no se habló con ella de ningún cambio de habitación. Nos terminaron cobrando más y su trato fue pésimo, nunca me había alojado en un lugar donde trataran mal al huésped.

Las habitaciones muy limpias agradables El desayuno muy bueno La atencion de la sras muy cordiales Tanto de recepcion y el dedayuno

Desde el ingreso al llegar tuvimos una mala experiencia con el trato del joven de la noche muy malcriado.muy desatento No escucha responde mal no presta atencion Tambien vimos que no solo es asi con el huesped Si no con sus companeros de trabajo falta el respeto delante de los huesped de manera burlona y realmebte incomoda ver lgo asi un joven como el no deberia trabajar en atencion al publico
