The interior was recently refurbished very tastefully. Lovely decorations everywhere. The heaters are brand new too. Location conveniently in the city center.

I was only able to stay three nights instead of the booked two weeks, as the landlord decided to call the police on me without any preliminary warning or even without kindly asking me not to accept any guests, even though it was not in his guest policy that no outside guests are allowed. I would've had no issue with leaving the next day with a refund of the remaining days, which he initially refunded, but then a minute later suddenly decided to charge me again the whole booking, and held it until he would conduct an inspection whether there were any damages. I asked if I can be there for said inspection, but he never replied, and I couldn't wait any longer. Weeks later I asked customer service what was going on, and they passed down the landlord's message that no damages were found, but because I had SEX in the apartment, they had to do a DEEP cleaning for 300€. What a disgusting way to rob someone by slutshaming them. I finally received my refund, which was still 200€ lower than what they were supposed to give with the completely unnecessary deep cleaning included. I knew it was suspicious when they were overly nice in the beginning. The shower plug was never cleaned before I did. It was full of accumulated hair of all the tenants before me. I cleaned more than what they had to clean after me. Foreigners should note that the electric shower is made for survival, not comfort.

Spotlessly clean, spacious and everything catered for. Complex information sheets on how to use heating, TV, kitchen appliances. Free parking at rear of apartment. Within easy walking distance of the towns shops, bars and restaurants.

Great location, only a few minutes walk into Ballina town. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts provided everything you could need.

The location was great! Close to all amenities. The hosts had thought of everything. And the hosts were so quick to respond to any questions.
