I had the worst experience at this property. The management and staff were incredibly unprofessional and spoke to me very rudely throughout my time there. Instead of welcoming guests and providing basic hospitality, their only focus was on money. They aggressively demanded payment upfront before even allowing me to get settled or check the accommodations.

Customer service and basic respect were completely missing. I highly recommend avoiding this property and booking your stay elsewhere.

Fraudulent hotel management and booking agent. I was duped by showing a standard room at booking time and paid advance of Rs.5800 for booking confirmation 2 days before arrival. I reached yercuad hotel with family from bangalore exhausted from day's travel, paid balance amount of Rs 2704 upon insistence of hotel staff. After all this I was told my booked room was unavailable and I was shown a bunker bed dormitory with no amenities. I had to argue with the hotel staff, booking agent and wait for one hour to get refund. Thereafter I couldn't find another hotel at yercaud due to busy weekend. No apology, no sign of genuine mixup, all indications of double booking and intentional fraud by hotel management. I had to cancel my vacation and return to bangalore due to this bogus listing on booking.com. Expect removal of such unreliable hotels from booking.com.

Except the bathroom and outside view, nothing else.

Frankly lot of improvements have to be made. 1. Room is full of muck which needs to be corrected. 2. Bedding needs to be good. It has all holes. 3. No help from receptionist for anything. He is the dumbest I have ever seen. Tv remotes don’t work properly. 4. At 2 pm I asked for 2 water bottles. They were given at 8.30 pm. 5. No managers or seniors to talk to receive help. 6 I am not sure if Kanmani Raja is booking.com person or from the property, one of the worst to speak to, very rude and asked me shut up and stay or go and find something at 8 pm in night which was surprising. He cancelled my reservation without my consent.

Frequent power supply trips resulted in no hot water and no electricity in the power sockets. The intercom was not working, and the reception staff did not have a mobile phone available. I had to repeatedly go up and down to report the issue. During check-in, I was made to wait as the staff said the manager needed to confirm whether to provide a room in another property. Eventually, they allotted a room in the same property but charged an additional ₹100 for it.
