Honestly, the location is not at all ideal. It’s at a lower level, so there’s absolutely no view from any room – feels quite boxed in. Room size is okay, not too small, but the washroom and toilet seat were not clean. Even after informing the staff, they just came, sprayed a bit of water, and left – proper cleaning was not done. Waste bins are kept right outside the rooms – open bins without any lids. They were overflowing, looked like they hadn’t been cleared for days. Monkeys were coming, opening the bins, and spreading all the garbage in the corridor. It was very unpleasant to see. There’s no complimentary breakfast either. Only two staff are available – one during the day and one at night. They’re polite and supportive, but since one person is managing everything – housekeeping, reception, maintenance – some services are decent, but most are below average. The walls near the washrooms are damp, with visible water leakage, and there's a lot of fungal buildup – black marks, fossil-like patches – really unhygienic. A strong smell was there inside the room; no air freshener or ventilation was provided. In one of the rooms, the ceiling fan wasn’t working. Instead, they just placed a tower fan – but didn’t bother informing us during booking or even at check-in. To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. If you’re a bachelor and don’t get any other option, maybe you can consider it as a last-minute stay – otherwise, better to explore alternatives
