Maksat house

Velký dům u jezera. Sdílená koupelna pro asi 4 pokoje na patře. Snídaně moc dobrá. Majitelé velmi ochotní a milí. Kdybychom nespěchali dál v naší cestě, určitě bychom zůstali déle.

I loved my stay here so much! Munara and her family are so lovely, it felt really good to be surrounded by such kind people! Munara is an English teacher, so she speaks fluent English, and she was always eager to help me, weather I needed to arrange transportation, or even a show with an eagle hunter. The property is very clean and spatious, and is located at a 5 minute walk from the beach. Also, the food is delicious! Thank you for everything!

We were so happy to find this accommodation with a hospitable and helpful family. We can definitely recommend it, it was usuful that we could communicate in both English and Russian. The host gave us a ride to the nearby Fairytale canyon, which was helpful.

Nice house near the beach with friendly hosts who organised us a nice dinner in a yurt and also provided decent breakfast

Shared bathroom is a downside, particularly when the house is full of people

We arrived at Maksat around 7pm but were sent to another place. A lady then collected 3200 som in cash and just left us there. The property we stayed was 10 mins walk from actual Maksat house. Host was not responsive on WhatsApp or Booking. When there was no electricity I tried to chat with host couple times on WhatsApp/booking but nobody responded so I walked back to the actual Maksat house to ask for support. BKF is at 9am so if you need to depart early, consider there’s no breakfast. As there’s no towels so prepare yours

It's hard to get a taxi out there, but that has nothing to do with the property.

Bathroom was not private even though room description said so.

Had a comfortable stay and the host was very accommodating considering we booked last minute and I had missed a message due to bad internet connection. The room was the largest we’ve stayed in Kyrgyzstan and was very comfortable. Good location right next to the beach and the host spoke very good English. The guesthouse also has a lovely dog!

There was a family event happening at the same time we were there so it was a little bit awkward using the bathroom.
