The place is as in the pictures, it is really clean and the room was good. Family that lives there is friendly and welcoming.

All was okey for the place. Location is good.

Firstly the people running this place are great!!! Very welcoming and helpful so that’s a 10/10 in that regard. The breakfast is a donut a croissant and a banana - I don’t know where you come from but that’s not breakfast to me - that’s junk food (not the banana)

Unfortunately, no attention to detail in the rooms - the lighting is bad - dirty walls - just overall a bit scummy - bed was comfortable though - the walls, ceiling and doors are made from card board it seems as you can hear everything - one plug socket - the location is sort of odd - not much around - but also you are not super far from anywhere - scooter is a must

We stayed only two nights. It is ideal for long term tenants also. Good breakfast. Francis and his wife had everything we needed in their property. Most of it was self-serve. They were very thoughtful - had considered all needs of a traveller.

Noise in the morning if you want to sleep in late. The guests staying upstairs, if active, the noise is heard in your room in the mornings.

So many things! Frans and his wife are so sweet they were a joy to talk to. Breakfast is simple but filling, and plenty of tea and coffee. Room was large and comfortable. Most of the tenants are long term, so it feels more like a home than a home stay. Frans keeps the cleanest pool in Bali, it's perfect for a hot day. It's really central, you can easily get around. And there is private parking for scooters. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

Nice and cozy place in the heart of Jimbaran. Very quiet street. Great value for the price. Owners of the place are very friendly and helpful. Good parking slot.

Not very good soundproofing between floors. So I was on first floor, there were some local guys on the second flloor, they were active til 3-4AM in the night and very very loud. Can not sleep because of it at all. But if you are lucky with your neighbors - everything will be good.

breakfast was very ordinary comprising a loaf, banana, and tea.

The hospitality of the couple receiving us, the smile they have, the comfort and their kindness.

It would be even greater if the breakfast changes from time to time.
