The location was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious and well kept. There was a parking issue, but Tony makes some great accommodations.

It lacked hot water.

They offer information like room, beds and restroom than no appear when I arrive. The host say “the app had a mistake, this other bedroom it’s an other room”. “If you want I can give money back and you can go to look for something else, get look on it.”. The man was rude with my friends and I. The only AC in the big room doesn’t work great, and the other room with single bed doesn’t have AC. The parking it’s to small and dangerous. It have a big hole.

The location on the map was accurate; however, there was no signage indicating the apartment building. The owner was very nice. He apparently lives upstairs on the property, with the apartment on the bottom floor. Once in the apartment, it was excellent (although, the shower was a little goofy and the plumbing of the shower head needed to be resealed. Still, it was an exceptionally comfortable apartment and better than what I was expecting.

The owner was not on site when I arrived. That was fine in my circumstances - I just walked across the street to a little taco stand type of restaurant (nice owner, good food) and had something to drink and read a book while I waited for the owner to arrive. And again, it really didn't bother me - just be warned that the owner might not be there when you arrive (and, to be fair, I may have arrived just a little early from what I had estimated.) The property is on the northwest corner of the intersection. It's under construction and doesn't necessarily look like what you might expect. The parking is secure, but through a gate that you will have a key to. I was on a motorcycle, so it was easy to negotiate - a large vehicle I'm not sure about. And certainly, if you are pulling a trailer, you will park on the street, probably. Nearby restaurants that I ate at didn't have beer (or any alcohol for that matter,) so if that's important you will have to go into town (meaning that you'll have to negotiate the locked gate again. Still, it was a very good deal for San Felipe.

Private

This was in an apartment it had another door for another entrance maybe to another unit so it didn’t feel private in that sense. The beds were very uncomfortable. The AC did not work as well for that temperature. I felt like I needed another unit of AC for that room and the last day there was a big cockroach in the shower
