La posizione era comoda, e sebbene Narni non offra un centro particolarmente vivo, si raggiungeva in pochi minuti a piedi. Inoltre c'era un colore modo parcheggio.

Struttura spartana e poco curata. La stanza non era pulita bene (mucchi di polvere sotto i letti, capelli tra le lenzuola e lenzuola scadenti)
