The staffs very friendly. They were very helpful. The hot water was good.

The room is very small, and the A/C was not cooling properly. I couldn’t adjust the fan, which made it uncomfortable. The place is in a residential area, which is quiet but may not be ideal if you want to be near tourist spots or amenities.

Restaurant had limited staff and had to wait for each dish to arrive, food was too salty and sour but the price was way tooo costl

First time I've stayed in Salem and we picked this hotel as there was onsite parking for our motorbikes which was great. Helpful staff, great room and brilliant breakfast. Will book again if heading back to Salem.

Had problems paying by card, international card payments where not accepted so had to pay by cash which was a pain.
