Hotel Huaraz

Hotel Huaraz is an excellent comfortable, secure and super clean place. Administration and personal is prone to fill your expectations and provide professional services with high standards for rooms, beds, bathrooms and breakfast. I have to enhance the predisposition on the personal in registration area, tourism office, maintenance of the building in provide good service and fill any gap if it is presented. The value for services is perfect to help you to have a good experience in Huaraz and the Cordillera Blanca with high standards of security and good services in your visit. Thank you Hotel Huaraz.

A problem in Huaraz is that the rooftop in the buildings are not used, so you lost the principal attractive in see the sky and the mountains around Huaraz. I sew that the Hotel is working in a project to use the rooftop. In my view it can be the best opportunity for the tourists and the Hotel to increase services with food, beverages and good time to see the mountains since 5:30 in the morning until late night. A great opportunity to see the wonderful place that is Huaraz in middle of the Cordillera Blanca.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel IN Huaraz!!! The location is perfect, the room, the common areas, the kitchen, the Wi-Fi were excellent, and the hot water was very good. We stayed for 03 nights at first, Willy and his Team were super helpful and friendly. They helped us with good advice regarding the hikes. Our big backpacks could stay at the luggage storage when we were away for 8 days, Definitely reccomending this good base in Huaraz to any tourist coming to do expeditions in this area of the Andes.

Excellent services and staff from the “Hotel Huaraz and HTTC Tour Operator” We stayed at Hotel Huaraz for three days and two nights — such a great experience! Willy and his team were incredibly knowledgable about different options for trekking and climbing routes (eg, logistics, which direction of a hike to take, safety of a high alpine pass) Would 100% recommend for their expertise.

Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist top. Es gibt auch eine Reiseagentur direkt im Hotel, die uns gut informiert hat und einem mit den Touren hilft.

Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster sodass es ziemlich stickig und muffig wurde… außerdem hat das Badezimmer nach jedem Spülen nach Abfluss gerochen und dieser Geruch ist dann ebenfalls ins Zimmer gezogen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert, da uns erst am letzten Tag mitgeteilt wurde, dass dieses inklusive war… Das Housekeeping ist mehrmals ohne zu klopfen oder Ankündigung in unser Zimmer gekommen (um die Betten zu machen), obwohl wir noch geschlafen haben
