Es mi segunda vez visitando Huaraz y Hotel Huaraz se ha vuelto mi casa en donde siento seguridad ya que cuenta con un almacรฉn para encargar mis cosas y confianza para realizar mis excursiones, el hotel cuenta con su propia agencia de tours. Todo muy lindo y acogedor, lo recomiendo mucho. Gracias Hotel Huaraz.

Desde el momento que llegue me atendieron muy amables , a la 1 ingresรฉ a la habitaciรณn estuvo muy limpio , las รกreas comunes son muy acogedoras , es como estar en casa , Ceci la recepcionista muy amable da muy buen trato , el desayuno muy delicioso , sobretodo la atenciรณn muy buena .

Me resolviรณ un problema de agua en mi habitaciรณn, y cambio de ubicaciรณn por quรฉ la instalaciรณn de agua caliente del sector estaba en mal estado, le agradezco..se me olvidรณ el nombre de la sra pero magnรญfica en solucionar el problema evitando una queja de mi parte, le agradezco y me despedรญ de ella..gracias

La ubicaciรณn a 2 cuadras de la plaza de armas se puede realizar los tours llegar de noche y conseguir comida a buen precio cerca del hotel de igual manera el mercado es cercano, la atenciรณn respecto a las necesidades las cubren, limpieza diaria si desean en habitaciรณn, papel, toallas y sรกbana limpias.

El baรฑo estaba todo el tiempo mojado porque habia como una filtraciรณn de agua y no habia toalla ni jabรณn de manos, tomarlo en cuenta, la ventana de la ducha daba a los pasillos y no tenia cortina, la cortina de la ducha no cubria toda la ducha entonces salpicaba afuera tambiรฉn.

La atenciรณn del personal es bastante educada y amable. Los ambientes eran muy ordenados y limpios y me gustรณ que el precio incluyera el desayuno. A 1 1/2 cuadra de la plaza de armas, fue mi 1era vez conociendo Huaraz y me he llevado una buena impresiรณn del hotel, si volverรญa.

El control remoto estรก fallando, se demoraba en obedecer los comandos que se le daban.
