"A good place to stay if you’re in Christchurch."

Well appointed room with good facilities. Nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Proximity to Christchurch city was great, easily walkable.

We would have preferred for there to be no other car in the designated car parking spot when we arrived. It confused us and was mildly irritating. A small table and chairs inside the unit to eat at would have been great, the outside table and chairs provided were rusty and no good to us when it was cold outside. (Get rid of the two seat couch, it serves no real purpose here). It would have been nice for the hosts to pop in and say hello and ask if we had settled in well as we were booked for three nights. It lacked a personal touch.

Lovely and clean, well located, all the amenities we needed, nicely decorated, comfy bed, and good shower. From our v short interaction the host seemed lovely and friendly and was proactive with instructions over message

Would rate a 10/10 if the bathroom door closed fully and the lock on the front door was easier to use - we had a bit of trouble with it sticking.
