The resort is fantastic at this price point. It's a little bit inside but the location is really nice. The staffs took good care and the food is great!

A beautiful property. Food is prepared with care. Service was excellent! The location allows for scenic walks through villages and hill paths. The hotel provides car service for touring at reasonable rates. There is power backup, very necessary for security. We had a lovely stay there for four days. A home away from home!

The dogs on the property might be a nuisance sometimes. Also. toiletries might be improved upon.

The location is refreshing.

Best ever place I stay near to kolkata. Totally surrounded with nature and you feel like heaven if visit in rainy and winter season. All staffs are very good. Foods are little bit costly but that can be understood as transportation cost may be high.

Nothing as I can say which is bad. Yes, bathroom and bed can be improved.

Serenity of the location

Ac was intermittently working due to remote issue , no television, power failure was an issue which was not immediately backed up by in many instances , during a stay of two nights. Road leading to the property was immensely remote., with hardly motorable conditions.
