Emplacement propre, place de stationnement disponible. Pas de gardien de voiture. Appartement spacieux, sanitaire propre et nikel.

Manque de luminosité.

Unkomplizierter Check-in (Schlüssel in Schlüssel-Safe an der Haustür, Kommunikation mit Vermieter über Whats App), Parkplätze vor der Tür, angenehme und sichere Umgebung, nicht zu weit von der Stadt und dem Strand. Das Appartement war sauber, sehr groß (2 Badezimmer!) und gut ausgestattet. Das Beste: Es gab richtige Bettdecken! In vielen anderen Unterkünften gab es nur Wolldecken und wir haben gefroren, doch hier war es perfekt. Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Tage dort und empfehlen das Appartement 100 % weiter!

Das Appartment hat keine Klimaanlage. Geheizt wird mit einem kleinen mobilen Heizkörper, was gut funktioniert hat. Ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass das Appartement im Sommer recht warm wird, weil man nicht gut lüften kann. Die Waschmaschine hat perfekt funktioniert. Ein Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Wäsche wäre eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Infestation de cafards dès notre arrivée. Il y en avait dans la chambre, la cuisine, la salle de bain, et même dans nos sacs de voyage. Le propriétaire était au courant du problème, il nous l’a avoué, mais ne nous avait pas informés et n’avait pris aucune mesure. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons dû chercher un autre logement en urgence, sans aide. Nous devions rester 5 nuits, nous sommes partis dès le lendemain. L’appartement ne possède qu’une seule fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, ce qui rend l’air difficilement respirable. Il y a une petite pièce avec un toit ouvrant, mais il faut le refermer à 20h pour ne pas déranger les voisins. Très mauvaise expérience.

The apartment was exceptionally clean upon arrival and throughout my stay with the family. We loved the apartment's location very close the beach, to the shops and city center. The owner of the property was very responsive and helpful whenever you need him.

Spacious, nicely laid out.

Very hard to locate the flat all though it is the ground floor flat. Nothing to distinguish it from the other flats in the building I knocked on more two doors before I find it( I recommend to add a sign near the door for guests to recognize it easily ...moreove, It was not that clean I needed to spend time to clean after I walked in . Lastly the, tumble dryer was not working.
