Everything was perfect. The staff helped us with a parking spot and walked us to the hotel. The staff was kind and very eager to help. The hotel location was great, it was a short walk to everything. The hotel property was beautiful, such a nice courtyard to sit in. The room was so historic and charming, very comfortable, and we had the Turkish hamam bathroom. The breakfast was delicious too. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in urfa.

Schönes Ambiente, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Super Preisleistungsverhältnis! Einfache Ausstattung und zum Teil überholungsbedürftig, aber für den Preis stell ich keine hohen Ansprüche.

Toilette hat Probleme gemacht und die Dusche war auch schwer einzustellen.

"Karagul B&B not the best."

Our room was large, but other rooms small.

First they tried to put us in a room with no window. Then put us in a room with a Pigeon house outside the headboard of the bed. It is down an alley with no parking and no help with luggage. Cannot recommend it.
