The location, the softer bed, the water was in the main hot

The toilet cistern overflowed so we had to turn the water off once full then back on again after each flush then on to fill it ready to flush, remembering to turn it off again the shower, although there was hot water the pressure was so low once turned to be a shower hardly any water coming out. Plus there was water & electric outages. The staff didn’t seem to know what breakfast was if you booked breakfast in advance.
