I first was greeted by Mam'Thandi. She is such a lovely soul. Then she showed me the room I was going to stay in and it was so Luxurious and clean. I really enjoyed myself there.

The reception not having my booking details when I arrived. The reason given was that the person responsible had not informed them about my booking. I was accommodated in a small room on the first night. Then moved to the advertised room on day two. The reason given was that some guest did not arrive the previous night. I found this strange.
