Very good location close to the beach and shops, very good value for money and super nice manager Mohamed. We had a great stay !

Ease of getting to the place. Electricity issues are something to be prepared to deal with although they don't go for long.

We could not connect with the lady who was to be the chef for our time there who ghosted us but apart from that there are a number of local eateries that are there.

It was very spacious, clean, and homely. It’s in a safe and secure area. The villa is located centrally to cafes and markets.

Staying at Villa Yasmin was an absolute delight! The serene surroundings, impeccable hospitality, and luxurious amenities exceeded all expectations. Every detail, from the tastefully decorated rooms to the breathtaking views, contributed to an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, Villa Yasmin is a hidden gem that I cannot wait to return to!

From the moment we arrived, the warmth and hospitality at this property were second to none. The location is superb, conveniently nestled in a serene spot that’s easily accessible. Giuseppe, our host, was outstanding, making sure we felt right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the culinary delight prepared by Rukia, Giuseppe’s wife. As a resident of Kenya, I can confidently say it was some of the best food I’ve had in the country. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a genuinely delightful experience.

We couldn't have wished for a better experience during our stay in Watamu. Communicating with the hosts, Mohammed and Kassim, was very easy, and our arrival went smoothly. The location is unbeatable, as it's very close to the beach, as well as to the main road where all the shops are. Despite all the hotspots being so easily accessible, the location of the house is super peaceful. The house itself is well decorated, clean and well-equipped. Everything works as expected, the beds were super comfy and the ceiling fans ensured we slept well despite the heat of Watamu. The best part of the house is really the host, Kassim. He was there for whatever we needed, often anticipating our desires. He was always reachable, and offered us delicious Swahili dishes for lunch and dinner which his wife cooked accompanied by the best pineapple juice I've ever tried. He was easy to talk to, always ready to listen and extremely amicable. I can't wait to come back to Watamu, to Villa Yasmin and to see Kassim and his family again. Asante!

The Villa Yasmin was very beautiful, spacious and with contemporary finishes. I appreciated the staff's warmth and mini garden in the front yard. The kitchen was fully stocked which makes long term stay much easier.

There were no house keeping services, water nor bathroom utilities provided throughout our stay. I consider those basic human necessities in any booking. It was similarly difficult to direct people to the house as it is not too close to the main road and occasionally had a strange smell in the main bathroom.
