Location (15min to Horton Plains), spacious rooms, friendly staff. Having our morning coffee ready by 4:30am and packed breakfast by 5:15am has to be appreciated.

When fully booked, staff seemed stretched. Some attention to comforts like dry replacement towels, reliable hot water and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms is needed (and expected for this price).
