Konak Maksem

The host very nice, good person and very helpful. The house also nice and beautiful. Walking distance to shop and restaurants, Close to uludag cable car station. I will remember his help to send over my laptop bag all the way from bursa to Istanbul. Hope will see you and future bro n good health.

The place is spacious, clean, all amenities/furniture one might need are present and in perfect condition, beds comfortable, no insects, no problems with hot water, air conditioners present, the fridge is not big but there is enough space, so we didn't have issues with it. The location is just right to our liking - the city center and many attractions are nearby, within walking distance. Parking is relatively easy. No loud noises. And, of course, the hosts - wonderful and helpful people, can't thank them enough for their kindness!

We loved everything about our stay at Konak Maksem! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to main tourist attractions such as Koza Han and the Bursa Grand Bazaar. It was a peaceful and memorable experience, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

- Tertemiz - Ev sahibi ile iletişimimiz baştan sona sorunsuzdu ve çok naziklerdi. - Eğer yürüme konusunda yaşı ileri olanlar varsa ev biraz yokuşta kalıyor. Ancak Hanlar bölgesine gidebilmek yeri çok çok ideal. - Evde özellikle mutfak yepyeni ve çok iyi konumda - Onun dışında şehrin eski bir mahallesinde böylesi güzel bir konakta kalmak hoş ve nostaljik bir duygu - Fiyat/performans açısından bizim için gayet iyiydi

- Tüm yatak odaları cadde tarafında olduğu için hafif uykusu olanlar için çok kolay olmayabilir.

Nous avions beaucoup de place, car nous y étions à quatre, mais cette idéal aussi pour 7.

C’est très bruyant, on entend tout bien de ce qui se passe dans la rue, et il y a du bruit jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit

المكان رائع جدا لمحبي السكن التراثي القديم ،وجميع الخدمات موجودة على نفس الشارع وفي نهاية الشارع السوق المسقوف ،وتعامل المالك راقي جدا له مني جزيل الشكر .
