Es ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

In der Waschmaschine war Kleidung von den Vormietern. Das Haus ist nicht einladend und liegt an zwei sehr lauten Straßen. In der Dusche kommt praktisch kein Wasser an sodass duschen nur bedingt möglich ist. Alles etwas abgenutzt und lieblos.
