the staff were very polite and ready to take care of any requirements. When the shower wasnt working well, assistant Mnanger, Mr. Bala kumaran himself got involved to ensure that it was resolved asap. His professionallism and calm demeanour is commandable. also, it is to be noticed and appreciated that there are lot of lady staff on duty in this hotel. well done
Breakfast spread could have been fresh and better. also would appreciate filter coffee in Thanjavur isntead of instant coffee.

Les chambres sont luxueuses et confortables pour le prix, ainsi que très propres et modernes. L’hôtel se situe à 900m de la gare, et 10 minutes en tuktuk du palais et du temple. Le personnel est adorable et la cuisine de l’hôtel est excellente.
