Terrific, friendly, hard-working staff. They were so hospitable! Fairly convenient to the Temple and Palace, as long as you're willing to brave the traffic (walking) or just hire a car.
Bedding could have been a bit more comfortable - our sheets were quite scratchy. Otherwise everything was fine.

I had booked two rooms and was happy that all the facilities were of high quality.
The hand wash basin clog was not cleaned. Dinner was very bad.

The bedroom/cleaning staff were extremely helpful and smiley. The property was very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was fine.
The sheets were really rough and the view from the room over a wasteland wasn’t great.

Just 2 suggestions :- 1. Improve breakfast options and quality of South Indian meals 2. Good to offer a clean and decent driver accomodations with essentail faiclities for accompaning drivers. Most of tourists hire a car & driver for couple of days or weeks when toruing India. A good and clean driver accomodation could be selling/inflence point for more bookings/considerations.
