Lucio suites

Really well located. Close to the centre but in a quiet street. The studio is well equipped, the terrace is great but we could only use it at night as it was extremely hot during the day. Very nicely decorated, comfy bed,I'd recommend this location.

The things others have mentioned - lack of shade and the bathroom sink for washing.

Really lovely, modern apartment with beautiful views over Split. Great shower, big fridge and really spacious, with a lovely large balcony. Checking in was super simple and the owner met us on the street, as the apartment is just hidden behind this.

It would be useful to have some shade on the balcony so we could enjoy it more.

Mario was a wonderful host! He was very attentive and communicated well- we were arriving late in the evening and he even offered to meet us outside to show us in! He was wonderful - The location was phenomenal- close to the Riva But far enough away from the crowds! Walking distance to beach-riva-ferry port and bus station

I wish there were more blankets - but really everything was lovely - the AC worked well!

The location is excellent. Just a few mins away from everything (esp the palace). Spotlessly clean, lovely little balcony with sea views. Hosts went above & beyond helping us with literally immediate response to any correspondence!

No safety deposit box in room : (. Also there is no storage space ie drawers or cupboards, although there is a hanging rail for clothes. So we lived out of suitcase. Only small things though which could be easily rectified, & did Not disturb our wonderful stay.

Stairs were a pain especially last flight which were steep and narrow and not suitable for the handicapped and elderly.Strange arrangement with bathroom style basin doubling up as kitchen basin in kitchen area.Not practical to prepare cooked food especially with counter in recess.Pidgeons cooing on left hand side in wall space from first light!

The Apartment was clean and tidy, everything you could need for a week. The location is amazing easy access to everything, and quiet.

The Bed is vert hard and a toaster would be amazing :)

- more coffees for the coffee machine - proper blankets that cover the whole bed

Location, plenty of room for 3! Host had thought of everything even pegs on a little line

Three flights of stairs and last one was steep.

We loved the location of the apartment. Everything was on your door step and within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. There were a couple of restaurants opposite us and the food was fantastic. Excellent communication from Mario, he responded immediately to my queries while we were there. I would highly recommend Lucio Suites.
