Es fehlte an nichts. Die Vermieter haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Geräumiges Appartement wir und unser Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Het was niet duidelijk dat de host op locatie woonde. Dus was voor ons niet duidelijk hoe en van wie we de sleutel zouden krijgen. Helaas kon ik met de eigenaar niet communiceren in Engels of Duits.

Alles was goed voor een heerlijke vakantie. Goede sanitaire voorzieningen.

Når man booker et overnattingssted gjennom booking .com og får et tilbud med en totalsum synes jeg det er unødvendig at man får en ekstra regning på flere hundre kroner presentert når man skal sjekke ut. Dette burde hvert i totalsummen til booking.com

The location is great, very central, and close to the lake. Parking on site was a bonus. Price is good for the area.

Communication was really bad. I sent several messages with issues, no reply. The given (Swiss) number was incorrect, under the (Italian) number from booking only replied after several tries, then very short and a disconnected line. No call back. The man who checked me in said I could let him know when I have issues (lived next door), but there wasn't even an indication where to knock/ring the bell. Stove didn't work, I gave up looking for help in the end. Had no dinner and the next morning breakfast in a cafe in Varenna as all local cafes were closed Sundays. It wasn't clean, bread crumbs and capsicum seeds on the kitchen counter, toothpaste in sink in bathroom, dust everywhere. The place needs a deep clean.

My stay at Lake Como in Franco's charming house was simply delightful! From the moment I arrived, Franco's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The house itself was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and its cozy atmosphere added to the overall charm. Parking is available on the property. Franco was an excellent host, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Grazie mille, Franco, for a truly unforgettable experience!
