Es un buen piso, con plaza de aparcamiento en el edificio. Estación de metro cercana. Centro comercial con supermercado en proximidad. Acceso rápido a carreteras.

Entrega de llaves. Si avisas que vas en coche y llegas entre las 17.00 y 18.00, lo normal es que te estén esperando y ventilando el piso. Llegamos a las 17.10, tuvimos que llamar y esperar 40 minutos en la calle con muchísima calor. Al momento de irse el encargado de darnos las llaves, (estuvo poco tiempo, ni nos mostró el aparcamiento), levantamos persianas y descubrimos unas manchas horribles en la funda del sofá. Enviamos fotos y nos contestó que informaría al propietario. No recibimos contestación. Estuvimos siete noches sin hacer uso del sofá. El equipamiento es más que justo y el aspecto de toallas y sábanas no es muy bueno. Bombillas y lámparas fundidas sin sustituir causan una iluminación pobre, sobre todo en el cuarto de baño. Limpieza deficiente en general.

Le grand espace de l'appartement en général, qui est très beau, la baignoire, le centre commercial et la station de métro à moins de 5 min à pied. L'électroménager récent et propre.

Il n'y a pas assez de verres, de couverts ( fourchettes, couteaux etc) et d'assiettes, il manque également une spatule ou louche par exemple, il n'y avait pas de liquide vaisselle, le papier toilette ( un rouleau) l'éponge avait déjà servi... dans l'ensemble c'était super tout de même, c'est simplement pour améliorer le service qui serait au top!

L'appartement est sympa et Fábio très poli.

Déçu la housse de canapé plein de tache, le drap de lit également avait une tâche . Un parking privé mais malgré nos recherches et les explications du proprio non précise celui ci n'a pas etait trouvé. Inexistante de produit d'entretien et côté vaisselle la plupart vétustes ebreche. Sachant que nous avons loué le propriétaire ne nous laisse même pas une dosette pour le café bref !!!! Le ménage est survolé.

Very spacious flat, central heating (we stayed in early May and nights were still cold). Good communication with the hosts of the property, there was no problem with changing the check-in time. Great solution for people travelling by car - possibility to use a private garage under the building included in the rental price (in the end we didn't use it, because the communication around the building is quite complicated and the garage is on a different side than the entrance, but there were no problems to park for free in front of the entrance itself), 100-200m to the metro station and bus stops, close to the exit to the motorway. Separate small drying room.

Previous guests must have smoked in the apartment and the smell persisted, as well as the burned holes in the blanket. The sofa had a lot of stains on it (when I reported this to the housekeeper, we had an apology for the situation). Wi-fi stopped working (we didn't report this because we didn't spend much time in the apartment and it wasn't a problem for us).
