Haruae hotel

Cet hôtel est très bien placé, en plein cœur d’un quartier très vivant mais il est dans une petite ruelle au calme (aucun bruit) Ne vous fiez pas à sa décoration pas très moderne car il est très confortable Il y a un frigidaire, une bouilloire, du café et de l’eau (tous les jours) La climatisation, le wifi et la télévision fonctionnent très bien (il y a même un compte Netflix enregistré) Il y a un petit canapé et une petite table La salle de bain est grande Le personnel est gentil Je recommande fortement et j’y retournerais sûrement Un conseil : Si vous arrivez par le métro Jagalchi, sortez à la sortie numéro 3 et tournez tout de suite à gauche, c’est tout droit durant 4 minutes à pied

Chambre très confortable et propre. Ménage réalisé à la demande. Personnel très serviable et aidant ; les parents parlent seulement coréen mais on se débrouille facilement avec Papago ou autre. À moins de 10 minutes de l’arrêt de métro

Comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels en Corée, difficulté à avoir la nuit complète dans la chambre car une vitre relie la salle de bain à la chambre, ce qui fait rentrer la lumière assez tôt.

This hotel surprised me, I didn't expect it to be so good. The location is very good, you can go out on the street and find street food places near or even restaurants (if you don't travel solo, otherwise just go for the street food as they didn't seem to have solo dining seats). Walking distance there is the jagalchi market and a big lotte mall. The metro station is a very short walk downward and there's a bus stop upwards. The hotel provides sets of towels and other amenities, there's a modern tv with various OTT (one even had a Netflix account logged in, don't know if it was from the previous guest or not). The bathroom is very spacious and has a japanese-style toilet. The windows are double and have bugs nets, and my apartment had two so I could have plenty of fresh air. On the rooftop, there is a space for guests to hang out.

The hotel is right over the restaurants, and this means that from late afternoon you cannot have your windows open or the room will be filled by the smell of people cooking. The mattress didn't have a slatted base but a pretty hard wood single slate base, it made the bed a bit hard. The blinds don't make the room dark, and the light from the emergency exit signal is pretty strong (nothing terrible though).

The location is great, near two markets, 5 minutes from subway station. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. Apartment is spacious, clean, good bed, all things for bath: shampoo, conditioner, gel, lotion and foam for face, really hot water. The stuff was very cooperative and friendly. The instructions, how to find a hotel was very detalized.

In our room there were two windows without view - it wasn't a problem for us.

Logement impeccable qui répondait à toutes nos attentes, confortable, bien situé, beaucoup de visites à pied alentours, avec un accueil adorable. Anecdote démentielle pour des français que nous sommes, le propriétaire nous a aidé à récupérer un pull oublié dans les toilettes de la gare de Gyeongju, en une demi-journée le pull était arrivé dans la gare de Busan aux objets trouvés ! Une idée de la gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont aussi prêté des parapluies. Merci Mister E et ses parents, on ne vous oubliera pas !

The hotel has a perfect position, it’s located in a quarter full of life and restaurants. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Finally, the owners are the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met. If we will come back in Busan, we’ll be back here 100%!
