USIncredible views, close to lots of things if you are willing to walk. Most things within a 10-20 minute walk.
It wasn’t clear on Booking.com that the parking is very small. They say a normal size car can’t fit but we managed to park a Subaru Forester with no issues (only one door usable though and very tight).

駐車場が狭い。事前に知っていたが、グループで来ることがほとんどだと思うので軽自動車で来ることはほとんどないと思う。付近の家の方も事故が多いと言っていたので初心者にはまず向かない。 住宅街ということもあり色々と気を使う。 Netflixの無料の見方が結局分からなかった。
PTGreat location and view for the Mt.Fuji (we were lucky to have 2 clear days). The check-in is super easy and everyone really liked the house.
MYExcellent stay. Staff was very responsive
RUWe were staying there in early April but we weren't lucky as the weather was pretty chilly, so we had to use AC's to warm up the place, it was real cold inside, however with the AC working it was fine, the only thing was is that the fuse blew if we used a heater in a dining room and AC in 2 rooms simultaneously, but there is an instruction what to do in this case. There are some shops, cafes around, the train and bus station Mt.Fuji is about 20min walking
