私は海外出張によく行くが、このホテルは部屋(洋室タイプ)もロビーが日本のホテルっぽくないと感じた。またロケーションも良く、温泉もあり那須湯本の鹿の湯が源泉らしく、白濁の硫化水素臭がする好みのタイプの泉質でした。夜遅くチェックインしたため朝食しか体験していないが、ツボを押さえたメニューで、ちゃんと100%オレンジジュースやフルーツまであり、運営の方は海外のホテル事情に詳しいのではないかと思った。那須のファミリー向けホテルが多く、子供連れはそちらを選ぶのか子供も少なく静かに過ごすことができた。

ロビーで24時間コーヒーをのめるが、ティーバッグも欲しいところ。朝食にカリカリベーコンやワッフル製造機があればなお良い。ロビーはモダンアートよりなので、明るめの大きなモダンアートパネルや昭和な階段の手すりやトイレなど、もう少し頑張って非日常を演出すればなお良い。
