The room is big. Comfy. Bed. Good location. Huge TV. Overall decent option and good value for money.

One staff member was ok but one was rude. It soured the whole experience unfortunately.

Everyrthing was absolutely perfect! The room is huge, same for the bathroom. There was an LG steam closet to iron clothes automatically, free beauty products, excellent breakfast. Located in the heart of the business area with lots of restaurants and cafes around. Just fantastic!

Location was good. Plenty of cafes and convenience shops.

The aircon in our room did not work and we think the hotel knew it was not working but still allocated us that room. It was so hot and stuffy inside and initially we were told there was no other room. It took a while for us to be given another room but it was smaller, has no window and also there was a huge column in an obtrusive spot in the room. At least the aircon worked. The hotel was fine but we feel that the hotel did not do the right thing for us.

Breakfast could include something like yogurt as a choice.

Easy to get to Sangmu station and 5.18 park. There’s a styler in the room to dry clothes. You can watch youtube or Netflix on a 50 inch tv. Many restaurants near to the hotel.

Front staff can’t speak English well.

Location was a good walk 15 minutes from the subway but mainly near the center of the downtown area of Sangmoo district. Rooms were clean not the cleanest but decent. Breakfast was not that great nothing much but better than nothing. Just toast, cream soup, a couple of sliced bananas on a plate, and some slices of orange on one plate that's all. Eggs but you had to make them yourself.

Staff are rather nosy. The owner said something about how I used 2 slots to toast the bread... that really made my day... The cleaning staff were lying on the floor / squatting in my room chatting like it was their living room or common area. I mentioned it to the owner but he said nothing... not even a sorry... I used an electric scooter to get to the motel and parked it in front on the sidewalk where we usually park them. The parking staff yelled at me and told me to move it elsewhere. Many of the motels here have their checkout time at 12 or 1pm but this place was at 11. I asked if I could check out 1 hour later they told me to pay 10,000 won per hour. Only after I said that I'd leave on time did they call back and said they won't keep calling or bother me until 12pm.
