Busan Seomyeon Residence

Les equipements etaient ultra modernes,tout l'immeuble semblait tres récent. Appartement petit mais fonctionnel et tres lumineux. Tres belle salle d'eau. Machine a laver et seche linge a disposition.

Appartement ideal pour 2 personnes,mais cela etait vraiment tres juste pour notre famille(2 enfants de 11 et 8 ans)

Excellent central location just a short walk from Exit 13 of Seomyeon Subway Station, near the Bujeon market, with several good dining options nearby Nice modern studio apartment with high quality finishes and appliances: Flatscreen TV, washing machine, dryer, Japanese toilet, kettle, microwave, vacuum cleaner, cooktop and oven Toiletries and laundry detergent Well-designed compact bathroom This property is not suitable for international visitors. All communications from this host has been in Korean. We don’t expect everyone to speak English but the property profile does say languages spoken are English, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese The host only seemed to respond after Booking.com intervention!!

Poor service -We booked the apartment 6 weeks before our stay. 2 days prior to our arrival we contacted the host to find out if we could store our luggage (check in after 16:00) as we were arriving at lunch time. The host responded to us (in Korean), telling us that due to an error in the booking software, our studio had been double booked & there was no longer a reservation for us – even though we had paid. He offered us alternative accommodation at Gwangalli Beach. We were not happy and after a few back & forward messages (which we had to use Google translate), we contacted Booking.com. We spent a whole afternoon anxious about arriving in Busan on Christmas Day without accommodation, while we waited for Booking.com to respond. Thanks to the intervention of Booking.com, our original booking was reinstated, & we were given an entry code to access the building. We were asked for our ETA, so we assumed that the entry code for the apartment would be forwarded to us before we arrived. We hadn’t received any message by the time we arrived in Busan, so we messaged the host. There was no response. We arrived at the building & messaged the host again with no response. It was only after we messaged Booking.com, that the owner sent us the room access code. We spent 20 minutes standing in the corridor outside our room with all of our luggage on Christmas Day. Later that afternoon we messaged the owner to ask for the WiFi code. Again there was no response until after we contacted Booking.com. Bed – we found the mattress too soft and the bed is in an awkward position. The person sleeping next to the window has to climb into bed from the bottom of the bed. No bedside tables No cups or mugs for making hot drinks & only chopsticks and spoons provided. A dinner knife would be helpful for spreading butter and jam on bread. Lots of towels in the bathroom for our 6 night stay, but they were all small hand towels!
