La posizione, la pace!

We could not rate this place because when we arrived after a very long tough cycle. There was no one at the place. We telephoned the owner who told it was not open but there was another place we could go to. This was highly unsatisfactory as we had to relocate to another premises belonging to the same owner. We had 2 bikes which we had to place on the stairs ( with great difficulty). No garden, pokey kitchen. It was not Whst we booked or wanted.

Nice flat, bit outside the centre but we were aware of it so it was fine. It was very easy to find a parking spot just in front of the building. It has washing machine which was great for few days stay. Bed was comfortable.

We planned to use the kitchen however this was not possible as it lacks a lot of basic stuff. No plates, only tiny cups. Kettle and moka pot were both dirty so we didn't even use them. It doesn't take much but adding some simple set for 2 people would really help. Gas stove is not the best idea, besides there were no matches to use it. We brought our own washing liquid for laundry but it would be nice if there was some provided as well. Laundry dryer needs some upgrade and laundry clips would come in handy. We would happily come back if these few improvements are done as the place was very nice.

Cozy flat with all the essentials like the name suggests. We were missing frypan and the owner was quick to bring a brand new one! What is great also this flat its close to the best beaches of Sardinia (and Europe, I don't exeggerate) Su Giudeu and Tuaredda, both some 20 drive. Don't miss those beaches if you are in Pula. Great value for money too.

Great location-mid way betwen city and beach. The host is very nice and responded immediatelly for some minor request. The place is big enough for 2 people, we stayed for 1 week. Super clean. The stores are near.
