The helper is approachable. Ambience is great. The location is strategic.

The package that I opted for during the booking via booking.com included the breakfast however this was not noted to the owner about this so there were some confusion on that.

Location is great. Hotel is very nice. It is a part of huge Chinese shop located in old building which makes the place very interesting.

"Rooms without windows!!!"

New renovated hotel, everything clean.

1. We get room WITHOUT WINDOWS. Very bad surprise, because there weren’t any information about it during booking process. 2. Missing window means not enough fresh air inside - bad sleeping and headache early morning 3. Extremely badly soundproofed. Especially all WC activities from neighbors were very noisy. Couldn’t fall asleep until late night.
