Villa Sheyma

The villa was in a great location. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and any issues were sorted out promptly. They couldn’t do enough for us

The only downside for me was the villa is quite shaded and I’m very much a sun seeker. But it would be lovely for someone who likes to keep out of the sun

Villa Sheyma was ideal for what we wanted. The private pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The size of the villa was great for us as two people. Facilities were great too. The host was really accommodating and was regularly checking in to make sure our stay was going well. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we are back in the area, would rebook!

Very good hosts and good value for money.

Location was on a bit of a steep hill if you have to push a buggy. Very easy walk into town/ restaurants for a couple staying here.

They welcomed us very nicely. Our stay was very comfortable . They treated us kindly and very welcoming. They asked everyday if there's anything we needed or if we needed help with anything. They cleaned our pool regularly without disturbing at all. We invited and they showed us around . İ really likef the service . Esra and İbrahim were so respectful and welcoming. İ am positively surprised. I really loved our stay and them . I hope to visit again soon.

Everything was perfect. There isn't a thing I couldnt like or wouldn't be pleased.

The hosts were very kind and made us dinner on our first night and left some snacks and drinks. The view was amazing and the pool was very big. Location was close to the town and we were able to walk everywhere.

I wish it was mentioned that the hot tub was at an additional cost. I was informed only a couple days before my stay was told it was 25 euros but had to be said a week before because they need to activate it. The pool water was quite cold as it was not hot enough outside so the hot tub would've been nice. Also, the shower ran out of hot water on the 3rd day and we had to shower in the cold.

1. The view is amazing. 2. The renovation on villa is very good which is quite rare in Turkey. 3. The realtors are very friendly, they treated us to coffee. 4. The villa is equipped with everything you need, including wine glasses. We also received wine as a gift and it was excellent. 5. We slept well. 6. There is a place where you can park your car. 7. The villa has a wonderful TV in the living room, we enjoyed watching a movie in the evening. 8. The wifi was working well.

1. On the photos, the view from the pool is different from the real one, in reality there is a fence there. I've already seen same situation before in other Kalkan villa though. If this is important for photo shoots, ask for real photos of the object. To be fair, the fence here is not ugly, but quite stylish at least. 2. The road to the villa is very steep, with large elevation differences, drive carefully. 3. The owners of the villa live right above you, so technically it's a townhouse (but with your own territory). 4. Couriers get confused when delivering food, so it's advisable to ask the hosts for help if you don't know Turkish. 5. Keep in mind that the English language skills of realtors are very basic, so you may need an google translate if you do not speak Turkish. 6. The next day there was a power outage, we found out about it after the fact, it was sad. There is no generator in the villa.

The property was clean and simple and very private. The host (online) and the personnel were always very friendly and helpful. Every issue that we encountered was quickly sorted out.

There were inconveniences that could have been avoided such as; a leak due to the rain when we first arrived, no hot water for a day, gas stove running out, no extra bedding, the pool light shining in the bedroom all night etc. I feel that with clear instructions, and a little extra care and planning these could have been avoided. Also as we arrived after midnight, maybe a little welcome bundle would have been appreciated. E.g. Some milk, bread, tea & coffee etc and maybe a blanket and a few home comforts for the cooler evenings. Maybe a guest book with detailed instructions and even notes and recommendations from previous guests could be nice.

Everything!location was great,only a 10 min walk to all restaurants,it was clean with great facilities and such friendly staff!.....the views were special!
